KRC Hospitality is a Pub and Restaurant Consultancy Company that was founded by Kieran Rabbitt and Richard Cox to provide specialist insight, support, and management expertise to independent operators and companies in the hospitality sector. Focused on the Greater Manchester area specifically but the North West in general we aim to provide quality hands on support for the businesses we support.

We seek to work with a select group of value aligned companies to bring our wealth of expertise in running hospitality businesses to help turn ideas into long term sustainable business. By supporting a select group of clients, it allows us to personalise our support and personal spend time with each business. The support can range from advice, a full business review, mentoring and coaching of the operations team to overseeing day to day management.

• With a combined sixty years of experience at all levels of businesses including Mitchell’s and Butlers, Stonegate, Chef and Brewer and John W Lees we are now working with start-ups and small-scale operators to bring that hard-earned operational experience and training to the table. We also have training in Coaching and have led Covey based personal development training.

Our experience with smaller companies means we have gained further experience in building Business and Financial plans to present to financial institutions and Family Funds.

Together our experience and approach combine large company training and know how, with independent company / start up, energy and flexibility.
